BrightStar Care - Received letter for baby programs for dead child.
We live in Florida. Today we received a letter announcing we are "expecting" and all the things Bright Start could help with. We were expecting LAST year and our sweet little boy was stillborn. How callous and uncaring! I called to see what happened so it wouldnt be repeated, and i was given the brush off. They wouldnt talk to me or even give me the address to send a letter to.

BrightStar Care - Be wary!
Do not hire this company without a nanny cam. This company is interested in filling spots rather than matching customer needs. First person sent fell asleep at table within two hours of his first day. Did not rehire. Second caretaker was pleasant, new at the job and spent her time on her iPhone and did not perform basic needs. Staff did not follow up. Be wary! Awful experience.
