BrightStar Care - Be wary!
Do not hire this company without a nanny cam. This company is interested in filling spots rather than matching customer needs. First person sent fell asleep at table within two hours of his first day. Did not rehire. Second caretaker was pleasant, new at the job and spent her time on her iPhone and did not perform basic needs. Staff did not follow up. Be wary! Awful experience.
BrightStar Care - Rude Operation Manager and iower
Brightstar upper management and owner in Fayettville AR clearly care for themselves and not their clients or care givers. The operations Mgr is rude mean spirited and should be fired!
BrightStar Care - *** Brightstar
